Dyson Supersonic Media Event

As part of Dyson’s premier launch of its Supersonic hairdryer in Southeast Asia, we organised a closed-door media event at the National Design Centre.

We assisted the client in sourcing for a space that would best put the product at the forefront of a high-traffic location. National Design Centre was the perfect choice as they only feature products/services that display cutting edge innovation which Supersonic hairdryer displayed. Through persistent negotiation, we managed to secure that prime spot which generated optimal visibility and ROI.

 
 

In the space, we planned out customer movement and flow, taking them through the various points in order to educate and highlight Dyson’s state-of-the-art technology such as prominently featuring their turbine-inspired engine through a feature wall. We also took them through the research and development processes that Dyson conducted to derive the new product that we see today, allowing them to be more invested in Dyson’s story. This effectively generated greater brand awareness and reach for the client prior to the actual launch in shopping malls.
